Apostille Services

In 1961 many nations joined together to create a simplified method of "legalizing" documents for universal recognition. Members of the conference, referred to as the Hague Convention, adopted a document referred to as an Apostille that would be recognized by all member nations.

Documents sent to member nations, completed with an Apostille at the state level, may be submitted directly to the member nation without further action.

We provide Apostille Services for the most common types of documents that include:

• Marriage certificates / Licenses, Divorce Decree / Agreements

• Birth and death certificates

• Power of Attorney for finance, real estate

• Notarized copies of passport, affidavits, education documents

• Papers for adoption purposes

• Corporate documents

Delivery / Processing Time:

Most of the time we will process your Apostille within 3-4 business days after receiving your document.

You may send us your documents via Fedex, UPS, DHL, USPS, Certified Mail, or any other carrier as appropriate to our mailing address.

Upon completion of the Apostille, we will send back your documents by a carrier of your choice. Alternately, we may forward the documents on your behalf, to their final recipient be it local, or international.
